Return Window

U.S. customers may return purchases within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Process

1. Notify Us: Email contact@ayricadorn.com with your order number and reason for return. 

2. Receive Approval: We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label. 

Packing and Shipping Instructions
  • Package the item securely in its original box or bag, keeping all tags and labels intact. 
  • Include the return authorization document and any required photos or paperwork. 
  • Use the provided return label, downloadable from our email. 
Return Shipping Costs
  • Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items: Ayric Adorn covers return shipping costs. 
  • Non-Faulty Returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
  • Change of Mind: Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging, returned within 30 days. 
  • Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund; shipping covered. 
  • Damaged Items: Submit photos within 48 hours; we’ll assess and cover return costs if needed. 
  • Incorrect Item: Contact us to arrange return and delivery of the correct item. 
  • Non-Delivered Orders: Contact us to investigate with the carrier; we’ll issue a refund or replacement if not found. 
  • Order Cancellation: Cancel before shipping; otherwise, follow the return process after delivery. 
Handling Faulty or Damaged Items

Report defective or damaged items within 48 hours with photos. After review, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund. 

Handling Non-Faulty Returns

For change-of-mind returns, return unused items in original packaging within 30 days. 

Processing Timelines
  • Return Request: Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Return Processing: Up to 7 business days after we receive the item. 
  • Refund Issuance: Within 7 business days of approval, for unused, unwashed items in original condition. 
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom or personalized products. 
  • Used Items.

Exchanges
